At ABUniverse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
